Australians in Film, in collaboration with Raynor & Associates, will present a panel discussion on the important issues Australian actors face when working in the U.S. The discussion will be followed by a Q&A, please come prepared with your questions.

Matt Skrobalak


As vice president of talent and casting at CBS Television Studios, Matt Skrobalak currently oversees casting on numerous TV series and pilots, including CSI, THE GOOD WIFE, HAWAII 5-0, BLUE BLOODS and VEGAS. Matt has been going to Australia and New Zealand to scout for talent since 2005.


Lital Spitzer


Lital is a manager at the bi-coastal management and production company 3 Arts Entertainment. 3 Arts' roster of clients includes Robert Pattinson, Chris Evans, Jessica Alba, Taylor Schilling, Louis C.K., Tina Fey and Amy Poehler. The company has produced award-winning features as well as much loved TV shows including THE MATRIX, EDGE OF TOMORROW with Tom Cruise, Angelina Jolie's UNBROKEN, HBO's SILICON VALLEY, 30 ROCK, THE OFFICE and PARKS & REC. Lital has had over ten years of experience in the entertainment industry, ranging from talent management to film and TV development, production, marketing and publicity. She has held positions at Miramax, The Weinstein Company, and A&E Television Networks. Lital segued into talent and literary representation in 2007, working as an agent at Sydney-based Barbara Leane and Associates, and later joined JJ Harris' One Talent Management in LA. In 2013 she joined the team at 3 Arts Entertainment, where she represents actors, writers and directors.


Jeff Golenberg


Mr. Jeff Golenberg serves as Co-Founder and Partner at Silver Lining Entertainment, a Los Angeles based management and production company. He has built a highly regarded reputation for applying his expertise when managing and maximizing his clients' career. As a leading creative force within SLE integrated approach, he works directly with a multitude of artists in all forms of media. Jeff has also expanded the companies television production business having produced HBO's comedy special GHETTO KLOWN and the ABC pilot KING JOHN, both starring client John Leguizamo. SLE currently has projects with Sony, Fox Television Studios and CBS Productions. Prior to SLE, he Co-Founded The Collective in 2005 where he oversaw the management of talent, producing television projects within The Collective Television Group, continued the evolution of The Collective Music Group, and forged new relationships that supported the expansion of Collective Digital Studio's infrastructure. He began his management career as an executive at 3 Arts Entertainment. While at 3 Arts Entertainment, he produced several projects including, John Leguizamo's HBO special Sexaholix, which was nominated for both Tony® and Emmy® Awards. He also produced the coming of age comedy, Sol Goode, starring Jamie Kennedy and Jared Leto.
